Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed by Supabase).
- Billing info: handled entirely by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and subscription metadata.
- Content: avatar photos, product photos, scripts you write or edit, and the videos we generate for you.
- Usage: which features you use, error logs, and credit-ledger entries.
2. How we use it
To operate the service: generate videos, charge credits, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve quality. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models.
3. Third-party processors
When you generate a video your uploaded photo, script, and product images are sent to:
- Anthropic — script generation and image moderation.
- HeyGen — avatar lip-sync render.
- ElevenLabs or OpenAI — voice generation.
- fal.ai (Kling) — short product B-roll clips, when used.
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We use them as data processors, not data brokers.
4. Retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. Delete a video and we delete the underlying mp4 within 7 days. Close your account and we delete all your data within 30 days, except records we're required to retain for tax/legal reasons.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@vpro.ai with the request.
6. Security
All uploads sit in private storage buckets that require signed URLs to access. We use Supabase RLS so users can only read their own rows. Stripe webhook signatures are verified on every event.
