Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a VPro account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What VPro does

VPro lets you generate AI-driven sales videos from a photo of your face, product images, and a short brief. We use third-party AI providers (Anthropic, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, fal.ai) to render the script, voice, avatar, and supporting footage.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and details you upload, and of the videos VPro generates from them. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process those inputs and store the outputs solely to operate the service.

You must have the right to use every face and image you upload. Uploading a photo of someone else without their explicit consent is a violation of these terms and may be illegal.

4. Prohibited use

• Generating videos of public figures, celebrities, or politicians without consent.
• Impersonating any person without their explicit consent.
• Creating sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Defrauding any person or business — including misrepresenting the avatar as a real human.
• Reselling raw generations as a competing avatar service.

We screen uploads automatically and reserve the right to refuse or remove content, suspend accounts, and report misuse to the appropriate authorities.

5. Credits and payment

Generations consume credits. Credits debit at the moment of submission and are refunded if a render fails on our side. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription credits do not roll over between billing periods.

6. Service availability

We provide the service "as is". Third-party AI providers occasionally have downtime; we will refund credits on our failed renders but do not offer SLA guarantees on uptime during MVP.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
